Q: Do I need a paid Google account to use this?
A: No. You only need a free Google (Gmail) account. There is no additional software to purchase or install.
Q: Is my financial data safe?
A: Yes. Unlike online tax apps, this is a private template. I never have access to your file. It lives entirely within your own secure Google Drive account.
Q: Can I use this on my phone?
A: Absolutely. With the free Google Sheets app, you can check off documents at the mailbox and see your dashboard update in real-time. NOTE: multi-dropdown usage is not supported by Google while using the mobile app, but your multi-selections are always usable on desktop/laptop.
Q: I have a complicated tax situation. Can I add more rows?
A: Yes. The system is designed to be flexible. You can easily add rows for additional 1099s or custom categories without breaking the automation.
